Aetna Fitness Reimbursement
The Aetna Smart Fit Plan has been a top plan for this year. As such, we wanted to clear up any confusion about receiving the reimbursement from Aetna for the Fitness items or services. For a beneficiary to receive the reimbursement, all they need to do is fill out the ‘Reimbursement Form’ (Link provided below). There are no photos needed. More information is available on the form itself.
